This movie tells us a story rather a piece of history. A story xabout love, desire and fate.Instead of Trojan War, the movie focuses on the most beautiful woman in the world, Helen, and talks about her happiness, sadness, and her love story. This movie basics on the mythology of Trojan War, which remain for 10 years between Troy and Greek. Besides, the director and screenwriters add a lot of imagination of Trojan War into the movie, which makes this movie more attractive and dramatic than the history it is. The myth of Trojan War is about men’s power and strength. In “Helen of Troy”, the principle line is centring on Helen, and this original perspective of Trojan War brings us a new story and gives us another understanding of this myth. Compared with the fight scenes between two countries, the movie uses more parts to narrate the story of Helen. What’s more, it turns Trojan War from a ruthless war story into a moving love story. At the beginning, infant Paris was predicted by his sister that his growth would bring the whole Trojan into death, and he was abandoned by his cruel father. The destiny was unfold before audience. Under the guidance of the goddess Aphrodite, Paris saw Helen from the gold apple, and Helen saw him in the water. Then they could not help but fell in love with each other. Their love were not accepted, because when Paris found Helen, she was wife of the king Sparta, Menelaus. Paris and Helen confront their love and impediments, however, this cause the conflict between Troy and Greek.From this movie, we can see the tragedies of women directly. They did not have any rights to do what they like. They could not choose their loves, and women then were just used as a tool for men’s game of thrones. Such as Helen, she knew herself loved Paris when she saw him first time, but she still had to marry Menelaus. She could not make decision for herself. It is very ridiculous to blame Helen on causing the big war. Cassandra, who predicted the ending of Troy, always said that Helen would bring Troy into disaster. Who caused the war exactly? It were the aggressive men. Helen was just a brave woman who followed heart and chased her love. The emulative dominators would still fight against each other even if Helen did not escape with Paris. Helen was used as a tool or a reason for men’s conquer. Therefore, it was not fair for Helen to undertake the responsibility of Trojan War.There is another question, what is the fate? In Cassandra’s eyes, Paris made Troy burnt, and Helen’s arrival brought Troy unfortunate is the fate. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the fate is that Helen and Paris hit it off right from the start. The fate in this story is love rather than the war.In addition, we can see the greedy and cruel men in that period especially in Greek. Agamamnon and Achilles are described as such hateful men. By contrast, Paris and Menelaus are more kind and lofty. In fact, before I watched “Helen of Troy”, I was more supporting Greek side, because it was Troy who had prior fault, and it was Paris who robbed Menelaus’ wife. However, the charactors in this movie were depicted very vivid, it successfully changed Paris into a brave, kind, and upright boy, and also, Menelaus became a humane person. The background music of this movie is beautiful and graceful, and it sounds like telling a sad story. Especially after Paris was died and Troy was occupied by the Greeks, Paris appeared infront of Helen, which was just the hallucination of Helen. The frames combined with the music makes audiece feel regretful for Helen. Trojan War was a disaster, not only for Troy, but also for Helen.As the movie tells us at last, “War is waged by nations, but it is the human beings that pay the price.” The poor citizens suffered the severe pain, as well as Helen, the poor woman who lost her love, the love which she ever called it “hope”.

前半部分还凑合，貌似比Troy更写实，背景交待的更清晰，但是后半部分太扯淡了…老国王千辛万苦偷来Helen，就为了锻炼自己的定力，照顾天仙长大成人啊！？

就连Helen上美人计，都能够坐怀不乱啊！

结论：还是演员不够漂亮啊。

米耐劳斯什么时候变的这么同情心，优柔寡断，非但没有趁机杀掉Paris，反而俩人还谈心来着？

你是战士好么，你是斯巴达王啊hector和achils旷世大战貌似进行了一整天，在这里俩人标枪定生死，achilis让了hector一回合，但是心慈手软的hector下不去手，结果一下就被定在了木桩上。

hector啊，你毕生的使命就是，I defense my country啊，怎么到了打仗的时候，竟然妇人之仁，忘了当初你要杀死你弟弟的时候，是何等威武！

Paris报仇心切，如有神助，一下就把 希腊第一勇士 撂倒了。

虽说有太阳神暗中帮忙，但是有木有来得太突然。

achilis十年手刃的特洛伊战士不计其数，怎么在这里一点没有体现，明明就是一届匹夫。。。。

最后，PS：这是古希腊神话啊，怎么能不露肉，不XXOO，不血腥暴力！

记得当初看时,满城都是<十面埋伏>和<特洛伊>的海报铺天盖地的评论让我更愿意看HELEN OF THE TROY其实,当我第一眼碰到女主角时,我就被征服了(这也是我一直对Diane Kruger 不太感冒的原因),SHE IS SO AMAZING...后来我一直都没能见到HELEN式的女孩对,是女孩,片中的HELEN一直都是个孩子,她很无辜,很无助她被人利用,也被人深爱着其实她并不是战争的根源,而是战争的牺牲品罢了其实她并不是祸水,只是长了一副令人难以抗拒的脸庞记得PARIS临死之前,HELEN眼里的绝望,让人意识到,她的希望破灭了,她失去了所有......She is not the helen of the troy but the helen of Paris.

看完了电影，也许有人会说海伦事红颜祸水，特洛伊的二王子见色起意，一个意气风发的的王子，看到如此美貌的海伦，很难不动心，便有了想要带她离开的念头，爱情本俩没有错，但是身为王子，就要为自己的国家，子民，还有家人负责，你的行为不再简单的代表你自己的意愿，还有很多的人的期望，甚至国家的未来，这就是后来的战争。

谁都没有错吧，其实大家的立场不同就不同的声音，就像生活中，你是一位女士，在不经意间遇到了一位风度偏偏的男士，一见钟情，爱上了他，但当你知道他有了另一半的时候，你还要继续吗？

或许在你的角度，我爱他是我自己的事，不关乎任何人，我要勇敢地追爱，但在另一个角度，就会被认为是世俗的“小三”或者其他不好的骂名，而在上帝视角，你可能会觉得，这有什么呢？

世界上这么多的男人，你换一个不就行了吗？

但是，谁又经历过谁的经历，谁又能感同身受谁呢！

只是其中的一个方面！

但是作为一个智慧，勇敢的国王候选人，大王子没有好的结局，个人有点遗憾，但是正是这样的遗憾，淋漓尽致的表现了他的这样的优秀的品质了，这个王国太安逸了，正所谓天下之大，合久必分，分久必合吧，需要新鲜的血液，新的leader，新的面貌，继续往前走！

号称是几年前拍的关于troy战争的故事，相对比较尊重神话。

一开始是paris出生后被预言将带来troy的灭亡，所以被放到高山上扔掉，然后被牧羊人捡回去抚养。

Paris长大后某次在梦中被三位女神挑中负责金苹果的送出。

猫一直觉得Paris是个倒霉鬼，这个工作不管给谁都是死路一条啊。

之后Paris因为机缘巧合回到Troy，被国王王后认出是自己的儿子，过上了王子的生活。

而后Helen先被希腊王从自己的小城邦里抢走，而后又被嫁给了斯巴达王，在婚礼上见到了Paris，然后就跟着跑啦。

这段是编了，不过猫认了。

之后就是战争，而后攻陷troy之后，阿伽门农强暴了helen然后杀死了她，故事结束。

神话里的helen更有可怕的力量，她嫁了斯巴达王好几年，生了好几个儿女，跟着Paris跑了十几年，troy破了之后重新见到斯巴达王，哭诉自己是被欺骗的，然后斯巴达王就看在夫妻一场和儿女的份上原谅她，带她回去了。

这个..........当时猫真的觉得这个女人做绝了。

至于Paris，见到helen之前也结过婚，因为helen而舍弃了自己的发妻，受伤之后赶回去求自己的妻子救自己，然后妻子没有救他，任他死在自己的神庙山下，之后妻子自杀殉情。

猫认为是殉情。

神话里猫只喜欢Paris的妻子而已，哪里的公主，为了Paris背叛自己的国家父兄，又被抛弃孤零零在神庙里生活很多年，嗯，做的非常坚决啊。

Helen号称是宙斯的女儿，所以有无人能及的美貌。

猫觉得这个演员的选择和新版Troy里面helen的人选有些相似之处，不过猫喜欢新版Troy，就冲帅哥也喜欢新版的，台词弱就弱吧，猫不在乎啦！

看新版的没有那个感觉，因为一代英雄阿伽门农看起来就是个糟老头子，最后还不明不白的死在一个小女孩手里，唉～～～旧版的阿伽门农比较有气势，人选的非常好，枭雄的感觉，让猫有冲动说猫要是编剧就让helen第一眼爱上阿伽门农。

旧版里面阿伽门农出于政治原因娶了Helen的姐姐，在第一次见到helen姐姐的迎亲会上见到helen，立刻被吸引了。

之后夺回helen，一群男人决定说抽签决定谁娶helen，并且其他男人都要发誓用自己的兵力维护这个男人和helen的婚姻。

斯巴达王，也就是阿伽门农的弟弟，生活在哥哥阴影里的弟弟赢了。

他看起来是最不男人的男人，一群王决定抽签决定helen的将来，他不愿意，其实是怕自己得不到，一群王决定用自己的兵力维护helen的婚姻，他又不情不愿。

发现自己赢了之后立刻变了一张脸似的对阿伽门农说，哥哥，跟你想的不一样吧。

阿伽门农就是枭雄的气势，抽出刀说，我立誓用自己的兵力维护你和她的婚姻。

唉！！！！！！

Helen真是没有眼光啊。

新版的里面，helen的变心比较有理由，丈夫老醜无趣，Paris年少英俊风流体贴，Orli演的啊！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

当然是叱刹地中海的第一情人！！！！！！！

旧版的里面，猫就不太明白啦，只能说是神的安排，爱神让Helen跟Paris走，因为阿伽门农明明比Paris强出很多很多，Hector也明显是英雄风度........唉，Paris就是一个牧羊人啊，居然Helen就跟了他了，引发十数年的争战啊，真是没话讲。

然后～～～说猫变态吧，说猫善恶不分吧，猫居然不讨厌最后阿伽门农对helenXXX，竟然有种哎呀，真是枭雄啊，helen应该开心涕零啊........猫承认这个念头非常变态，所以猫接受批评，猫真是非常非常变态，猫对不起你，Helen，真的对不起。

咳咳，多说一句，猫绝对反对有些人的错误观念，认为女性会喜欢被强X，甚至会爱上强X犯。

这是完全不可能的，就算那个女人是受虐狂，在强X的情况下也几乎不可能，这是数据证明过的。

世界各地的法律组织，妇女保护组织，医疗组织，社会急救组织都可以证明这一点，有过强X不幸遭遇的女性是很难喜欢性生活，享受正常性生活的。

再多说一句，有这种想法的只有什么都不懂的男人，建议去找真正的女人，从聊天开始过渡到上床吧，A片是不可能传授正确的观念和正常的女人的。

一部特洛伊，在100年间断断续续被搬上银幕，翻拍了六七回，一直拍到2004年。

足见美人倾城，是多么唐璜而永恒的借口，让这碗以爱情佐料的旧饭永不冷场。

电影涉足史诗，多以以小见大的手法切入，反正不可能用两三个小时把所有的事情说圆，不如各表一枝，无限放大，其他的就让它化成语焉不详的尘烟。

《Troy》如此，《Helen of Troy》也是如此。

我发现把这两部电影交替着看，才能拼凑出一个大致完整的特洛依。

主线一致，但各有侧重，互为补充。

齐心合力丰满了这场希腊神话中最宏伟的战争史诗。

有足够豪华的明星阵容和宏大战争场面的《Troy》，众神和爱情统统靠边，大概是因为皮特够大牌。

他扮演的阿喀琉斯头不大却比起任何一届都更有情有义，骁勇善战。

就连他的死期也被人尽其才的延长到了木马屠城之后。

所以它的遗憾正如阿喀琉斯的脚跟，微小却是致命的——特洛伊——这么波澜壮阔的名字，不是一两个英雄的战争就能但待得起的。

将近三个小时的《Helen of Troy》，始终以一种平静得近乎残酷的叙事方式，还原了那场超越了战争本身的爱情。

它是关于海伦的特洛伊，比十年的征战，这场爱情的浩劫更加残酷漫长，渗透并贯穿了她的一生。

要把“天下最美的女人”落实到电影里一个活生生的角色，委实众口难调。

所以关于海伦的美貌，是难以言述的形态。

既无关端庄，也不甚妖艳，却以人尽可夫的实用主义幸存到最后，也许才能满足所有人的胃口。

即便她是宙斯和丽达下的蛋，高贵血统和无与伦比的美貌也没能改变海伦的命运，她始终挣扎在女神们的自私和男人们的欲望之中，她的美貌在爱琴海迎风招展，爱情却在惊涛下撕成碎片。

在虚荣和贪婪面前，爱情不过是群雄挥舞的矛，诸神乱射的箭。

这大概也是我喜欢希腊神话的原因，在神灵面前，人类表现出来的抗争和无奈，背后都隐藏着无法逾越的巨大悲哀。

In these dark times,the only thing we have left hold on to is love, the one true gift of gods, and it is through love that we hope and pray the gods will send us peace. 看完Helen of Troy，我哭了，不能自已。

我通篇只看到了两个字：苦难。

一出生就被国王和王后遗弃的帕里斯，一出生就被父亲视为不详的海伦，爱上海伦却被海伦离弃的斯巴达王，身为希腊王后却憎恨自己丈夫的海伦的姐姐，英勇却被残忍的阿基琉斯杀死的赫克托，善良而睿智但却亡国的特洛伊国王……一群人的命运纠缠在一起，不得超脱。

唯一让人感到温暖的，是海伦和帕里斯的爱情。

他们为彼此而存在，为彼此而抗争。

但仍然要面临死亡、离别，天各一方，各自面对着孤独与思念。

命运。

最后，历尽屈辱和悲伤的海伦来到帕里斯死去的地方，抚摸着柱子上帕里斯的血迹，神样的帕里斯从烟雾中现身。

他拉起她:“Brave Helen”."wherever you are,take me with you.”"I can not.”“Will we meet again?”“I prepare you place”"Good.”海伦答道。

然后帕里斯就消失了。

那是她所有的希望。

海伦与斯巴达王的对话也是意味深长。

他抽出剑，海伦恭顺地俯下身体、露出脖颈。

"Do you really think I will kill you, Helen?""I do not thank you for my life.""I understand.""I can not love you．”“what will you do?""I will follow you."海伦说。

一丝欣慰涌上斯巴达王的面颊，“I accept.”她虽然不爱他，但她决定信任他。

她跟着他，消失在路的尽头。

2003年版的Helen of Troy比2004年版的Troy拍得好，它更深地诠释出了人性与命运、苦难与爱情。

只是爱情，可以给我们救赎吗？

等待，是一千年，还是一万年？

“Kill him！

Kill him！

”影片一开始就抓住了观众的心，主旨也昭然若揭。

#爱情木马#一看到“特洛伊战争”，很多人就会立刻联想到绝世美女海伦。

但这部影片弱化了美人的作用，让海伦不至于红颜祸水到导致一个国家的灭亡，让海伦变成一个不仅是美丽的而且是善良勇敢的女人。

影片强化了爱情的作用。

帕里斯作为牧羊人，他命运的转折点在角斗场上，他只是为了赢回自己的牛而不顾一切，在此之前他是孤独的，在此之后他与特洛伊国王相认，他的兄长费心积虑地派遣他去斯巴达，兄长的目的也被帕里斯一下子戳穿，但帕里斯还是去了。

作为一个强大国家的王子，没带几个士兵，只有仆人作为随从，乘着一艘小帆船漂洋过海，这也是帕里斯的孤独。

海伦也是孤独的，活泼的天性总是被父亲贬得一文不值，身边的男人都笑吟吟地看着她，但心里不知道荡漾着怎样的坏水。

一个自称国王的流氓绑架了她，却是真正对她好的照顾她的。

在最后，流氓和哥哥一起死在她的眼前，她的身份从高高在上的公主落入了连妓女都不如的境地。

所以帕里斯和海伦的相爱并不在于水中镜里的相见，而是在于那喧闹舞会中的目光对视。

在自己都经历过那么多无可奈何之后再看见对方，更是坚定了对方是自己生活中的力量和希望，是爱的力量让海伦明知自己会为特洛伊带来灾难仍然跳入水中游向帕里斯即将离开的船，是爱的力量让在家里没有任何地位的帕里斯，勇敢站在那么多长老的面前向特洛伊王求情。

#战争木马#这部《新木马屠城记》新就新在也弱化了神的作用，。

三女神争金苹果的环节只是一带而过，起得也只是引出海伦这一人物的作用。

所以战争的爆发不是其他书中所说的万将枯骨只为美人回顾，而是有其必然性和宿命性。

要说海伦是这一战争的导火线，我觉得海伦恐怕承受不起这么重的罪过。

她成了墨涅拉俄斯的妻子之后，过着混沌的生活，被阿伽门农调戏，还被命令去裸体出现在有众多首领的舞会上，取悦他们。

观察到影片开始的宴会上，舞女在众人面前扭着曼妙的舞姿，至少也是衣裤蔽体的，可见她在斯巴达过的是什么生活，她的丈夫更是脓包的令人发指。

这样一个女子不能成为战争爆发的原因，只能是一个小小的借口，按照阿伽门农的性格，即使没有海伦，他联合爱琴海的其他首领还是会找机会攻打特洛伊，而且他们也已经商量好了，只是时间前后的问题。

#命运木马#影片具体展现的不是在神的影响下的特洛伊战争，而是人的发展下的特洛伊战争，更是命中注定的特洛伊战争。

我此处所说的命运，不是神安排的命运，而是每个人的性格和他们的行为交织在一件事中所导向的最终命运似的不可逆转的结局。

命运的齿轮从帕里斯被牧羊人救起就开始转动。

善良爱子的特洛伊夫妇一定会与帕里斯相认，倔强的帕里斯一定明知山有虎偏向虎山行地去斯巴达，任性的海伦一定会跟深爱着的帕里斯走，面对深爱的人帕里斯一定会护她到底，阿伽门农和墨涅拉俄斯一定会不管是为了作为借口的“丈夫的面子”，还是内心深处的贪婪去攻打特洛伊，拥有大国的尊严并想借机打压反动分子特洛伊王一定会直面斯巴达的挑战，所以这场战争始末，都是命运在作祟，一环扣一环。

最后，在这部偏向特洛伊的电影里，导演把希腊人往反角色拍。

阿喀琉斯也被塑造得如恶魔般凶残。

墨涅拉俄斯则像恶魔中的清流一般，不屑于胜之不武，还宽心地放弃心爱的人。

相反的罗马人一个个都正直善良，国王富有同情心且正义感十足，大王子也有义气地为了弟弟而死去，帕里斯友好勇敢深情。

正派反派黑白分明。

虽然电影有不少的BUG，如之前一直不相信卡珊德拉的话，海伦却在后面因为她卡珊德拉的一句话孤身去敌营做交易，而后帕里斯轻易地闯入敌营，轻易地将阿喀琉斯杀死，还轻易在和海伦你侬我侬的时候被阿伽门农杀死，真是让人百思不得其解。

重头戏木马的部分，木马做得很漂亮，失去两子的特洛伊国王因伤心过度蒙蔽了双眼，一下子就中了激将法把木马运入城中的解释也说得通，画面精美，让工人拆了城墙让木马进来这一细节也处理地很好，跟看文字想象的场面很相似。

阿伽门农因为残暴而被克莱特内斯特拉亲手杀死最后善有善报恶有恶报。

从始至终卡珊德拉的预言，无论是剧里的人物还是读者都不愿意相信，但现在看来，她的预言都一一实现了，所以人是该相信还是不该相信？

对命运的探索，人类从古至今都未曾停止过。

Actually, I firstly knew about the well-known myth,Troy,by reading comics when I was young,and that was also the first time I read a western myth with so many heroes.I felt the cruelty of wars and the inequality between human and divinity from the pictures and brief words sideward.To be honest,at that time,it was quite difficult for me to remember those heroes’ names because their names were too long and awkward to read.After I begun to learn English, I acquired that every name of ancient Greek people is of great meaning linked to their parents’ expectation,personal characters,experience or some other things.For example,Helen,the name of the heroine,means light in Greek.Reading their name in English is more smooth.When I can read the literature work of the myth and reflect it more deeply with age.The movie,Helen of Troy,shows us a famous Greek myth,which embraces intense desire,strong request for humanism,and deep love,apart from tragic wars.Though actors may be not able to reprise mythical figures in the movie perfectly because there are unique images of heroes and females in everyone’s heart and the movie don’t reflect the mythy in accordance with the literature completely,the movie reveals themes above excellently.The virtual origin of the war is intense desire.Hera,Athena and Aphrodite were all eager to be judged as the most beautiful goddess,and from my standpoint, the golden apple was the symbol of their desire. To realize their desire,Hera pleased Pairs with wealth, Athena pleased him with victory and glory,while Aphrodite promised the most beautiful woman of the world,Helen,to him.As a shepherd without noble birth,I think it’s normal for Pairs to choose Helen because apart from being accompanied with a beautiful woman to live a happy and simple life,wealth,victory and glory were almost rubbish for a mortal. At that time,compared with three goddesses,Pairs was a simple guy without strong selfish desire,but never could he think of that goddesses’ desire made wreaked havoc of war and his fate and Troy’s fate would experience major turning due to his selection.At beginning,Pairs did not want to bring wars to his motherland and Greek city-states.He was so poor to be condemned as the culprit of the war and Troy’s subjugation.In the movie,the desire of Greek kings that expanded their territory was also the origin of the war--it was unreasonable to launch a war which unified all Greek city-states’ power only for retaking a woman and safeguarding the reputation of Greece.In the movie,when Menelaus was aware that he couldn’t kill his rival,Pairs,on account of the guard of god,so he stopped attack.Then the two men sat down together and had a talk about Helen and the war calmly--their final silence indicated their consensus that the war was actually meaningless and people should have not killed each other.Later Helen’s surrender could not stop the war,which also proved the main purpose of Greek armies was not Helen. As I see it,Pairs was innocent,and it was the desire of gods and kings brought people pain.Like many other western myths,strong request for humanism is also an important topic of the myth. It’s widely believed that the origin of humanism in western world lies in Greek culture.Humanism advocates personal freedom,equality and self value that are strongly expected to get by oppressed people. The myth can be perceived as a Greek condemnation on oppression and the strong request for humanism--people ought to dominate their own fate and their lives shouldn’t be toys of power.From the beginning to the end,gods made great difference.It’s unusual that the movie shows the power of gods indirectly--no god appeared in the battlefield but their power existed.It’s easy to find that people were unable to resist the wish of god and the duels between two heroes were interfered by gods’ power,which led to numerous amazing results.Beside,in my opinion,Princess Cassandra is a crazy,cold and poor figure whose spiritual world was dominated by gods--she clung to oracle that if Paris lives,Troy will be burnt,and she attempted to prevent the oracle coming true by a negative means--kill her brother.What she wanted to do was so cruel and in the meanwhile,her life was obsessed by the oracle,which led her life unhappy and full of scare.To be honest,the act of the actress exaggerates the image of Princess Cassandra,but it can immerse ourselves in ancient Greek’s fear to the gods and their prediction,how god’s power controlled people’s life and people’s strong request for humanism.Last but not least,the element of love will never absent in Greek myths.I find that love is the common nature of human,nymphs as well as gods in Greek myths,and love can’t be eliminated completely by no means.The first scene of the movie was the birth of Paris-- when Paris was born,his elder sister，Princess Cassandra,who had the power to see into the future told her father,the king of Troy,a dire prediction that if the baby boy lives,Troy will be burnt.Thus the king decided to abandon the little baby,at that moment,it was maternal love that prompted the queen of Troy to struggle to rise up to recapture her son,but she failed. Many years later,when the king and the queen realized that the guy on the sand of the colosseum was their abandoned son,they hugged their son and recognized him,forgetting the terrible oracle.The plot of the movie was adopted from the literature and added more details about sincere emotions of human.For example,when Paris limped after a desperate fight against Menelaus,Hector offered to take the place of his injured brother to challenge Agamemnon--this is love between brothers.No matter how cruel the war was,sincere emotions always existed.All in all,war is not the core theme of the myth or the movie.I believe concepts that worth pondering in the myth or the movie are abundant.
