昨天刚上了fongyee老师的香槟课，今天等于复习了一遍，真好

【香槟地区】是法国著名的【世界遗产】，此处盛产香槟酒，美味的起泡酒。此酒是法国300年前一位教士发明的，据说得到了法国贵族的喜爱，甚至拿破仑还亲自到此品尝。香槟的传奇造就了香槟酒的盛名，果然如此。。。
虽然不是champagne fan, 但了解一下幕后的故事还是很有意思的说

规则保证香槟的好品质。如何处理天气是门学问，不完美的年份做NV。小产量的年份往往产出高品质的葡萄，“更健康、有潜力的葡萄藤坚持到最后，结出平衡、满意的果实。”冬日的混酿，努力突出年份中最好cuvee的口味，确实需要经验和天分。完美有趣的工作在于它的变换，如何体现酿酒师个性和品味。
一个人喝香槟也太惨了点，一直没有买过，以后喝吧。
